Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Bar Bar Jinks, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

License

Bar Bar Jinks is licensed, not sold. When you purchase Bar Bar Jinks, you receive a license to use the app on any Macs you own or control, subject to the Mac App Store terms.

Permitted Use

You may:

• Use Bar Bar Jinks for personal or commercial purposes
• Install Bar Bar Jinks on multiple Macs you own or control

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense Bar Bar Jinks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Disclaimer of Warranties

Bar Bar Jinks is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. I do my best to make the app reliable and bug-free, but I cannot guarantee it will work perfectly in all situations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of Bar Bar Jinks. This includes but is not limited to data loss, system issues, or lost productivity.

Changes to Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bar Bar Jinks after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
